The Pour Artist, LLC: Reserves the right to cancel any party (private or venue-based) in the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstance.
In the event that we need to cancel, a 100% refund will be sent to each ticket holder, and we will make our absolute best effort to reschedule that event for a later date. If a deposit was made for a private party, in the event of cancelation by The Pour Artist LLC, a full refund will be given.
CANCELATION POLICY: Please allow at least 48 hours if you need to cancel your ticket/seat reservation. If less than 48 hours notice is given, refunds will not be offered. Please email heather@thepourartist.com with the event you are scheduled for, and number of tickets needing refund within 48 hours of the event.
SEATING POLICY: We make our ABSOLUTE BEST EFFORT to seat all groups/parties together, but CANNOT GUARANTEE that all members of a group will be able to sit together. We always suggest arriving early, or emailing heather@thepourartist.com well in advance of the event to arrange seating together for your group.
DROP-INS: We do not encourage drop-ins for classes - please call to reserve your seats. Each class in planned days in advance, and supplies are stocked and transported according to the number of tickets sold online and those seats reserved over the phone. If you would prefer to pay in cash at an event, please call Heather at 781-816-POUR to reserve your seats.
PRIVATE PARTY DEPOSITS: A $75 deposit is required to save the date for all Private Parties. This is payable through a special registration link sent to the party host. The $75 may be used towards 2 seats at the private party. We ask for a minimum of 10 people for all private parties.
REFUND POLICY for PRIVATE PARTY DEPOSITS: A 100% refund will be given 3 weeks (21 days) in the event of a cancelation. If the party host cancels within 14 days, a refund of 50% of the deposit will be given. Any private party cancelation less than 14 days before the event will not receive a refund of the deposit. If guests have paid in advance of the party through an event page, and the party is canceled, a 100% refund will be given to the guests. If guests are no-shows, and have paid online previous to the start of the party, no refunds will be given without 48 hours notice of the party date.
